Apartment Description: A house for short term rent is ashore sandy bay of Azov sea, on the contrary churches of 1913. To the nearest beach are 50 m. One-story stone house, 5 rooms, among them 3 bedrooms (two of them has two single beds, one - double bed, there are additional berths in corridor), kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove), bathroom with a shower, shell, place for ironinig (washing-machine), plumbing with fresh water cold and hot, rest room is in a house, iron, television set, electro-tea-pot.
Territory is enclosed with high stone fence, an area is 0.08 hectare with fruit-trees, well with technical water, arbour with a large table and barbecue. There are parking places for two cars. In a house there is necessary tableware, linen. Floors are linoleum and tile, walls are painted, beds are built-in (hard foundation, mattresses), a house is built in ethnic style, with deliberate simplicity. Up to 6-8 persons can be disposed in a house.
2 shops, 3 cafes, billiards are disposed in a village. For neighbours it is possible to buy natural sucklings products. Alongside there is stop of bus and routes to Kerch - 20 minutes. At the end of bay - famous Chockruck Lake with medical mud known from times of Alexander Macedonian. "General's beachs" are farther located with beautiful solitary bays. A beach is unfrequented, fine sand and cockleshells, a beach is safe for children. From marine entertainments there are fishing (there are fishing-rods in a house), rolling on a "banana" in a season.
